We only ship to the contiguous United States. However, Amazon will ship most of our products to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Any of our products that say Sold by Voltive and fulfilled by Amazon should be eligible. You can visit our Amazon Store.

We only ship to the contiguous United States. However, we are happy to ship to a U.S. based freight forwarder who can handle exporting your order internationally.

Most orders deliver within 1-3 business days. The lead times shown on our product and checkout pages are the most accurate estimate and are based on your shipping address and our available inventory. You can also visit our shipping page for a map showing typical delivery times throughout the U.S.

Most orders ship via Fedex Ground. Large orders typically ship on pallets via truck freight.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Delivery dates and costs based on your shipping address and our available inventory are displayed at checkout.

You should receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also view tracking and other information for current and past orders from the Account > Orders page. Or you can always contact us and we'll send you tracking.


You can return unused products purchased from our website for any reason for up to a year after they were purchased. We'll cover the return shipping and can also arrange for Fedex to pick up from you at no extra cost. Products purchased on Amazon, eBay, or other retailers must be returned on those platforms.
