Shipping

We only ship to the continental United States. However, Amazon will ship most items to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Any of our products that say "Sold by Voltive and fulfilled by Amazon" should be eligible. For more details, visit Amazon's help page.

We only ship to the United States. However, we are happy to ship to a U.S. based freight forwarder who can then ship your order to you.

Most orders deliver within 1-3 business days. The lead time shown on the individual product pages is the most accurate estimate and is based on your actual location and our actual inventory. You can also visit our shipping page for a map showing typical delivery times throughout the U.S.

Most orders ship via Fedex Ground. Very large orders typically ship on pallets via whichever trucking carrier provides the best lead time.

We do offer expedited shipping via Fedex, but we don't yet have a way to select an expedited service level through our website. Contact us before you order and we'll get you taken care of.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also contact us if you have any questions about tracking your order.

Returns

Of course! You can return unused product purchased from our website for any reason. We pay for the return shipping and will also arrange for Fedex to pick up from you at no extra cost. However, orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or other retailers must be handled on the platform the order was placed. Head on over to our returns page to learn more.
