You can return unused product purchased from our website for any reason. We will pay for the return shipping (and also arrange for Fedex to pick up from you, at no extra cost). Call or email us to start a return: (888) VOLTIVE or support@voltive.com

Other Retailers (Amazon, eBay, etc.)

Unused products purchased from other retailers must be returned via that retailer's normal return process. The return process varies depending on the retailer, but wherever there is discretion on our part, we will always accept a return.
